Today's Gaze - Golden Goodies

I'm not always a huge fan of gold. But give me some pretties for free or cheap, and I'll change my mind pretty darn quick!

Review - Today's Gaze - Golden Goodies

I'm simply in love with the new Delphines from much loved Shiny Things! If you're a member of the subscriber group, head to the store and pick up your free gold Delphines. And check out the other new shoes, too! Oh Shiny Things, thank you for coming back to us.

I showed newness from Jane on Friday, but what I didn't mention is that there are a bunch of free Intrinsic Tanks for the taking! I have a great love of basic tanks, as I'm sure lots of us do, so getting these for free is just amazing!

At fri.day, there's a little corner with some discounted products, and I was able to score a 24.7 pack of the Short Cardis for less than $300L! You get 12 colors and there are options for shorter sleeves [like I'm wearing], long sleeves, and some different cuff options. Wonderful! Not discounted at fri.day, but still pretty inexpensive, I also picked up these Low.Rise jeans in the light wash.

You've probably heard of the 10-10-10 sale that's going on, but if you haven't, check out Callie Cline's blogpost on it. I was able to get this adorable Padma updo by hair machine Truth for just $110L. Oh, did I mention it's a FATPACK for that price? Oh yeah, you need it.

And one of my favorite finds at the Jewelry Fair, I got this I Love Autumn jewelry set from Primagine for less than $100L. Cute cute cute!

Okay, I know, I got long winded. Go shopping now!!

Today's Gaze - Autumn Mix

Do you eat Autumn Mix around this time of year? It's a bag of candy corn, but it's got more in it - like big sugary pumpkins. Love it! Why am I bringing it up? Well, probably just because that's the name of this post. And also because I really want some.

Today's Gaze is a mix from my inventory. There's some old, some new, and in my opinion, it's just like those pumpkins - just sweet, yummy goodness. Some of it you can run out and purchase right now as it's just been released, some might be just lurking in your inventory waiting to come out, and some you just might not be able to get anymore. I think we often get overrun with new pretties and we forget that there's so much wonderful in our inventories just waiting for the chance to shine. I'm not going to explain all that I'm wearing today because I'm pretty lazy, but I urge you all to dig deep into your inventories and pull out some older pieces to wear. Just because it didn't come out in the past week doesn't make it any less beautiful. ♥

Today's Gaze - Old, New, and Funky Junk, too!

Oh, I just adore autumn fashion! The best part is digging down deep into my inventory closet and finding those items I just loved last year and mixing them up with new things!

[All SLurls will be at the bottom, for those who don't feel like reading!]

Review - Today's Gaze - Old, New & Funky Junk, too!

This simply precious Usakko knitted jacket from Bare Rose has been one of my favorites since I received it as a Christmas present. Beautiful quality, and naturally it is extremely affordable, at just $170L for 5 colors of the jacket, plus some little shorts and a shirt. You can't see it, but there are 2 hood options, plain and with bunny ears! It's also transferable, which is something I just adore about Bare Rose. If you want it and are very pressed for time [because let's face it, we all know how huge the store is!], check out their website. You can pop in the name of whatever you're looking for and it'll give you a direct teleport link. Nice!

Of course, you do have to mix old and new together to make wonderful, so I'm wearing the Sabrina hair by Truth Hawks, which was just released today. This hair reminds me JUST of how my mom would do my hair when I was 6 years old! Squee!! The little "gumball" hairband is color change, but there is a "plain" version available, if you just don't want to be TOO terribly cute.

Oh, what? You're asking what I'm standing in front of? Well, that would be The Barn, soon to be released by Funky Junk. Check it out, it's HUGE!

Review - Funky Junk - The Barn

It's really cool! There is a ladder and a couple of stalls inside, too. You know, just in case you have horses or...something farmy. The Barn is great for your animals, but you could easily live in it yourself, it's that cute! Funky Junk does not have an in world store yet, but if you'd like to see a demo, you can contact creator Ulaa Coronet. Or just ask me. I'm spoiled and have all the items. The Barn is not yet available for purchase, but should be either later today or Friday.

Today's Gaze - Boom! Summer's Over!

You knew her in high school. She was the one who spent her whole summer hanging out with the guys because she didn't care if she dated them and they liked that, laughing so hard with her girl friends about stupid things that the whole group couldn't breathe, and going to as many parties as she could. Her summer was better than yours and you knew it. But when September rolled around and everyone was back in class, she was the one who still brought a little bit of summer with her.

Review - Today's Gaze - Summer's Over?

BOOM just released these super cute [but super low cut!] Surf Polos. I love them, but wow. Talk about showing off the girls! I kept it a little more modest here by not wearing a cleavage enhancer because obviously I'm not wearing a bra with this shirt, and I don't know about you, but my boobs don't just naturally squash together. But if you do wear the cleavage skins, this shirt goes from being just cute to... BA-BAM! I'm wearing it in Doll Pink and there are 23 colors available.

Check the bottom of this post for the rest of the SLurls!

Today's Gaze - Overly Cute

I'm not usually fond of the overly cute look on me. I love it on other people [like my friend Aisuru does it and does it amazingly well], but on me...no.

However, I was checking out the Fifty Linden Friday pics, and stumbled across this dress. I knew just the hair I wanted to wear with it, and voila! Instacute!

[All SLurls are at the bottom if you don't want to read!]

Review - Today's Gaze - Overly Cutesy

The Confetti dress from Katat0nik is currently in Fifty Linden Friday, and look how adorable it is! Of course, that's just what you'd expect from Katat0nik anyway, as the entire store is just filled with super cutesy dresses. I like the tiny little skully detail, and I may end up wearing it like a babydoll top later on.

The hair is from new-to-me store, Heart Softens. The store is filled with cute -and kinda big- hair. And oh so budget friendly! You can get a fatpack for less than the cost of one color in some other stores. I'm wearing Lott in ash brown, and I'm just crushing on the big fluffy side ponytail! It is no mod, which I don't usually love, but there is a resizer script and at this price, it's not a big deal to me. Is it the best quality you'll ever see? No. But cute and cheap works for me!

My shoes are also cute and budget friendly from G Field. I came across these Kate mary jane heels at the Shoe Fair and fell so in love with them. I'm wearing them in cream, and the bow is color change. Love!!!

My skin is Isolde by Exodi in the Cachet tone, #13 makeup and my pose is by Exposeur. I'm also standing in the Daydreamer house by not yet opened Funky Junk. Trust me, when it opens up, you guys are going to WANT these prefabs. Too cute!

I'm off to run around in my cuteness!

Today's Gaze - Today I'm A Lady

I don't usually do posts on the 50L Friday items, just because...well, I'm pretty slow to post most of the time. :) But I just had to do one today because I picked up some items that were just TOO GOOD to miss out on!! Especially if you love pretty, ladylike fashion as much as I do!

[All SLurls will be at the bottom if you don't feel like reading!]

Review - Today's Gaze - Today I'm A Lady

From Surf Co. comes this adorable little dress called Somer. The skirt is a sculpted marvel. The folds just look sooo good!! I did have to work with the chest fold a bit to get it out of my chest, but unless you have super massive boobs, it shouldn't be a problem. Today for FLF you can get Somer in Goldenrod [which I'm wearing] or Tomato for, of course, just 50L.

Also for FLF, Tiny Bird has an AMAZING deal!! Autumn has put out four color packs of her "Greatest Hits" hairs. There are 5 hairs to a pack and each pack is just 50L, so you'd be crazy not to pick it up! [Um, unless you're a guy. It's all female hair.] I'm wearing Love Love Love in sandy blonde. I actually had most of this hair already, but in different colors, so don't think I wasn't in there picking up more packs! Even the hair with the cans for rollers is included! Go!!

I'm also wearing the ladylike little Ribbon Slingbacks in cream by G Field, and the Glass Flower necklace by Paper Couture, both of which I think really pull the look together. My skin is the new Isolde by Exodi, which I'm wearing in makeup #12 in the Vivante skin tone. My pose is from the Playful Fairy set by Exposeur.

Today is the big FLF One Year party later tonight, and it's also OMGWTF Barbeque's birthday! IM Barb and give her birthday spanks!

Today's Gaze - My Sister's Style

My older sister has always had her own kind of style. Being beautiful [think a slightly older Alyssa Milano], she's always been able to get away with things that most people couldn't - like track pants, striped socks, and heeled loafers. Yes, together. She's a mishmash of fashion, but she'll always be wearing something like an interesting piece of turquoise jewelry, or a funky belt. Why am I telling you all this? Well, when I put on the Ginger belt by Nyte n Day that I picked up at the Summer of Love fair, my sister immediately popped up in my head, and I ended up putting together an outfit that reminded me a great deal of her.

Review - Today's Gaze - My Sister's Style

The Ginger belt is seriously awesome. There is a SERIOUS shortage of decent belts in SL, that is for sure. I think this belt is only at the fair at the moment, but I'm sure it will be in the Nyte n Day mainstore after the fair is over.

I kept the rest of my look kind of simple, as my sister would do. I'm wearing the Basic Black Cami from fri.day, and the black Rolled Docker Shorts by Elephant Outfitters, which I bought at the Armidi sale, via the Shop Armidi website. My shoes are definitely some my sister would love, the Chunky Claw Sandals from Shiny Things. As skins get more highlighted and shaded, I'm finding it easier to just rock my regular feet instead of fussing with tinting prim feet. Does anyone else find themselves doing that lately?

My other accessories are just a mash up of different pieces, much like my sister would do. The gorgeous Iroha earrings by Mandala, a bracelet from the Acat set by Mariposa, and a black Zeyla necklace, also by Shiny Things. I decided not to show off my sister's curly curly hair and instead opted for the new Hailey hair by fri.day.

Although my sister will most likely never see this, I'm sure she would fully appreciate my outfit!

Today's Gaze - I'm an artist too!

Sometimes you have to look towards the bright lights of Hollywood to find your look of the day. In my case, I looked towards the dim lights of Spencer Pratt's brain. In an interview with People magazine, he said, and I can't make this quote up myself, "I'm an artist now. I have an easel and everything."

Jump back! A real easel?!

Hey, guess what? Now I'm an artist too!

[All SLurls will be at the bottom for those who don't feel like reading!]

Review - Today's Gaze - I'm an artist!

See? I have an easel and everything! Do you like my pictures?

My top is the divine Sivine Abstract shirt from L`Abel. I get lost in all the gorgeous colors and exceptional prim work! It's simply marvelous! And with a top this great, I really had to go simple with the rest of my look.

I used the Basic Black Capris from SySy's, which came in a group gift with the Yardena tops. I'm not QUITE sure if the capris are available at SySy's still, but you'd be pretty wise to get into her subscriber group, because she sends out some goodies from time to time.

My cute little flats are the Avanti Flats from Celestial Studios. Oh, dear Starley. When ARE you going to start designing for us again?? These flats are basic, adorable, and you really really need to go get them.

This shaggy little haircut came to me yesterday by way of LeLutka. This is one of the new releases, the Olja hair, and I'm wearing it in the "Marilyn" shade. I love that it looks very soft, and kind of messy, too! You know us artists. We can't be bothered to brush our hair while working on our masterpieces!

I'm also wearing the Everyday Eyelash face tattoo for Viewer 2 by Stellar, and my eyes are Sapphire by Beloved Custom Designs. I'm really digging the lash tattoos lately, and who wouldn't love eyes this clear and beautiful, am I right? And while I'm not a HUGE fan of stuff you stick in your mouth, these Paintbrushes and Doodles from Lostwood are so perfect for this look!

Well, time to wrap this up. I have to finish my paintings!

Today's Gaze - Star, White and Blue!

So sometimes...I'm not that fashionable. Sometimes, I just throw things together that I find and I think, "Oh cute! Not blogworthy, but cute!" But what REALLY makes something blogworthy in the first place? The simple fact that I like it, right? I liked this, so I'm blogging it. Maybe you'll like it, too. :)

[All SLurls for this post will be at the bottom if you don't feel like reading!]

Review - Today's Gaze - Star, White, and Blue!

I was out at Love Soul looking at prim nails [my latest love] and I came across this kind of cute little outfit called *Star*. It had a shirt, some short shorts, and a visor. I had to buy it, because...hello? Visor! Now unfortunately, the shirt is only the "tucked in" version, which kind of sucks because I like most of my shirts untucked. But, it was still cute. The shirt comes with the arm star tattoos, and if you wear the shorts, there are some little booty and leg tattoos as well. And of course, this just adorable visor with stars on it makes me super happy!

I chose to not wear the shorts that came with the shirt and visor because they are cut a little too high in the front. If I need to wax just to wear some denim shorts, that's a big no in my book. I do love some short shorts, though, so I tossed on my trusty Booty Shorts from League. Hey, I said I didn't want to wax. I never said I didn't want to show my butt off!

From new-to-me store Sugar & Spice, I found these cute Red, White & Blue Star Sneakers. Too cute, and pretty inexpensive! That's two of my favorite qualities! And from Reek, I put on the red striped socks from his Slides sandals.

Was this the most "fashionista" thing I could have blogged today? Nope. But I feel super cute and no random boobs are hanging out! Score!

Today's Gaze - Sea Breeze

Another look of the day from me, because... why not? :) Quick one, I promise! Today I was playing on the beach and I was simply called by the colors of the ocean. And who wouldn't be? Summer is the perfect time for long days at the beach!

[All SLurls are at the bottom if you don't feel like reading!]

Review - Today's Gaze - Sea Breeze

Remember my post about BoHo HoBo yesterday? My cute little Mini Sari skirt in Indigo comes from there, and it was just SO inexpensive! Totally cute, and totally simple! I love the print, it is just so perfect for the beach, in my opinion!

If you haven't heard, Mischief is closing! But don't worry, designer Janie Marlowe isn't going ANYWHERE! She's just beginning her new brand next month! There's a big closing sale and you can get the Essential Tanks, like the one I'm wearing here in Turquoise, for quite cheap! I believe it's $100L for a fatpack and you know what? These tanks truly are essential to anyone's summer wardrobe. Or winter, for that matter, because I know I sure use them for layering!

For accessories, I kept it simple. From U&R Dogs, I'm wearing the Aleko prim nails & rings combo in Beach, which is a hunt gift that I believe is still available in the store. My jewelry is the Bloom set from long gone and still missed ~flirt~. Skinkie, I miss you!! There's a chance that some of you have the jewelry in your inventory, which is why I chose to wear it. You can't forget about your great older items! And speaking of older stores, I love love love my Supernovas in Aqua Bloom from Shiny Things. Someone tell Fallingwater to make more shoes, please!

Oh! And one more thing! My pose is by ImpEle, which is having a MASSIVE sale right now. If you love poses, and I know you do, get over there!! Individual AND couples poses for as little as $5L? Heck yeah!

See you on the beach, beauties!

Today's Gaze - Happy 4th!

Happy 4th of July, USA! And to everyone else, happy Sunday! [Or Monday if you're in NZ!] Oh I know, the feeds are probably flooded with red, white and blue right now. But hey, I'm a proud American, I had to get in on the action too!

[All SLurls will be at the bottom, in case you don't feel like reading.]

Review - Today's Gaze - Happy 4th!

What better way to spend the holiday than at the beach wearing...well, not that much! From the House of Hucci, I'm wearing this just adorable 4th of July shorts set. It actually looks more like a bikini to me, so wearing it on the beach feels just right! This is, of course, limited time and it's only $50L, so get over there quick!

When I received the new Bodacious tanks from BOOM yesterday, my first thought was, "Where am I going to wear this?!" It shows a little more skin than I'm actually comfortable with. But it looks fantastic as a swimsuit coverup, don't you agree? The Bodacious tanks come in sheer [or damp, is what I believe I heard it called] and regular so that you can wear it out without being cited for indecent exposure. I love the tanks, so I will either have to get comfortable with showing this much skin, or find ways to layer.

As far as accessories go, well - you really don't need much on the beach! I am wearing my favorite Cateye sunglasses from Gos, and my favorite Freedom Flops from Surf Co. Also some bracelets I picked up last year at Earthstones. They have some new 4th of July freebies, so check it out!

Have a great day, everyone! If you're going out tonight for fireworks, be careful! Blowing your face off with a firecracker really isn't in style this year!

Today's Gaze - Not that kind of girl

Although it's not officially summer yet, in my neck of the woods, it sure feels like it! [Hello, 100 degree temperatures!] When it's hot, a lot of us find ways to take our dates and fun indoors. Not in that way, pervies! ;) Today I've created a look that says, "Yes, it's hot, but hey, let's keep this date casual, okay?" And casual it is, because I'm not wearing all that much!

[All SLurls will be at the bottom if you don't feel like reading.]

Review - Today's Gaze - Not that kind of girl

The Ruffle Halter top by Hucci is just super cute and sexy in that "Girl next door" way. The bottom band goes around the back and the long neck ties drape down in a way that would make someone just want to give them a little tug to see what happens. And of course the front is low and quite cleavage baring!

My jeans come from new-to-me store Twisted & Spoiled, and I'm wearing them in True Blue. When I first bought them, I thought, "Are the shadings and highlights too harsh?" But the more I look at them, the more I like them. I definitely want to go back and get some more!

The simple Freedom Flops by Surf Co. on my feet are probably my favorite flip flops in SL right now, and it's not unusual for me to pair them up with all kinds of outfits. My hair is an older style, Sasha, by Truth. I say older, but it's really only from January. Of course, in Truth Hawks language, that's pretty ancient since he manages to put out 2-4 styles a week. My pose is from Olive Juice, and if you're not familiar with that pose store, you better get familiar with it. Super cute poses!

The set I'm in is The Pub from CLICK, which I mentioned a few days ago when I talked about their contest. There are poses in the photo set for both singles and couples, and all kinds of props! It's really just a fabulous set and if you're like me and you get tired of having to stage your own sets for photos, I highly recommend CLICK photo sets to you.

Stay cool, summer babes!

Today's Gaze - Casual Friday

Happy Friday!! In a lot of offices, Fridays are known as "Casual Friday" where you can wear jeans instead of skirts and pantyhose. When I used to work in offices, some people took the "casual" part a little too literally, wearing ratty jeans and old t-shirts. I've put together a look that says "Just because I'm casual, doesn't mean I'm a huge slob!" I also used items that were already in my inventory just hanging out, some of which I bet are lying around in your inventories as well!

[If you don't feel like reading, all the SLurls will be at the bottom of the page.]

Review - Today's Gaze - Casual Friday

The absolutely adorable Hooded Blazer in blue is from Decoy, which to many of us is home of the "cute butt" jeans. I put it over a bright turquoise Essential Tank from Mischief. If you get the Essential Tanks, which you should, I highly suggest fatpacking. When wearing jeans to the office, make sure they are clean and don't have holes. The Designer Jeans from fri.day fit the bill perfectly. As an added bonus, there are cuffs included with the jeans that are already sized for wearing flats. Love it! Speaking of flats, I'm wearing the Ballet Flats from recently closed ETD. Oh ETD, how I miss you already!!

For accessories, I decided not to go all matchy matchy with the rest of my outfit, instead calling on my signature color - PINK! - and pulling out this awesome Daisuki bag from Bare Rose. That SLurl will take you to their smaller-than-the-mainstore formal branch, which has a lot of super cute purses. I'm also wearing the Dangle Beads necklace in Celebrate from Earthstones. Celebrate, it is Friday!! My hair is this cute, casual style called Poppy by Truth. I turn to this style quite a bit lately, it is just that cute.

Have a wonderful weekend, everyone!!

Today's Gaze - I'm Neutral

Sometimes you just want to wear a cute outfit and not have it mean anything other than, "Hey, I look nice today!" I'm a big fan of neutral colors - Beige, ivory, cream - so putting this look together was easy!

Review - Today's Gaze - Neutral, 1

Review - Today's Gaze - Neutral, 2

I found this fabulous little skirt called Ohana by Enchanty, a new to me store, last night and I just couldn't help but pick it up. There's kind of a dark "shadow" on the waistband that I wasn't terribly fond of, so I paired it up with one of the Essential tanks from Mischief because it's long and covered it up. This color is called Tuscany. I love those tanks, I just wear them all the time! Some cute Freedom Flops in beige from Surf Co., the new Giada hair from Truth [with the texture change headband], and my Elle skin in makeup #2 by Belleza, and I am in business! But of course, when you wear neutrals, you can add a really poppin' color, and I chose to do that with my favorite bracelets in the world, the Indra stacked bangles from Zaara. I have on the Kashiti bobble ring, also by Zaara, because it matches.

I'm using poses by a new store just opened up by my friend Isabeau Reinard called whole.lotta.rosie. Isabeau makes poses designed for the more curvy girls out there, but of course these poses work pretty well with more slender avatars as well. Although I'm fairly small, you'd be surprised how often my hands end up jammed into my hips! The mainstore opens after the Pose Fair concludes [which is today, if I'm not mistaken!] so keep an eye open! The SLurl I gave is for her booth at the fair.

Hmm...maybe I need to go take one more look around the Pose Fair!

Today's Gaze - Spring Fling

I'll be the first to admit, I have a hard time mixing and matching pieces in my inventory to create something great. But once in a while, I'll play around and come up with something that, while pretty simple, makes me happy. Today's outfit makes me think of springtime, and as everyone knows, I'm a total springtime sunshine girl!

Yesterday I went to riotvend at Sn@tch and I didn't even SEE what I was getting when I bought it [I was having rezzing issues!], I just took the word of a friend that it was cute. And right she was, because I ended up with this CUTE skirt! The Knick Knack set has 6 colors of these just adorable skirts, plus a really cute white top, which I am not wearing here. These skirts make me so so happy! I know people usually think of Sn@tch for just more dark, punk/goth/urban type clothing, but when Ivey does cute, she does it very well!

The rest of the outfit just fell into place after putting on the very pretty skirt. My top comes from the Reale Bolero set. I always knew I'd find a place for this tank, and I do so love a great, plain white tank or shirt. My shoes are probably my favorite wedge sandals in SL, the Sunny sandals from G Field. I love bangles, so these Terra Verde bangles [and necklace, which you can't see that well in the picture] from Cad & Tart just yelled "Put me on!" at me. And I just love love the new Sydney hair from Truth, with the color changing headband. The whole look was just very fresh to me, so I put on the Alyson skin in makeup #2 by Belleza. I'm really more of a Belle girl, as proven by how often I just don't change skins, but Alyson's sweet face was necessary! And my pose is from Glitterati, which is probably in my top 3 of favorite pose stores.

I hope Sophia doesn't mind I terraformed her backyard a bit for this photo. Shh...we won't tell her. ♥

Today's Gaze - A spring in my step

I am totally a warm weather girl. All this snow and cold dreary days doesn't make for me feeling much like blogging, I'll tell ya that much! But when I saw these adorable new Spring.Bloom dresses from fri.day, well...I immediately felt much more springy and happy!

Today's Gaze - Springtime, back

The dresses are super cute, and make your legs look 10 miles long, which of course I totally love. I'm wearing this one in Teacup, but there are 6 colors available, with cute little names like Bouquet and Bonnet. The skirt IS sculpted [I know some of you just hated sculpted skirts!], but it made allowances for even my most fidgety AO, and of course there is a demo available, so you can try it before you buy it. I wish more stores would do that!!

Each Spring.Bloom dress is $200L, or the 24.7 pack for $840L.

I paired the dress up with my favorite Wedge Tong sandals in Poppy from G Field and some gold bracelets from the Mora set by alaMood. I was never a big gold wearer before SL, but it's starting to grow on me!

I hope you find the outfit that puts a Spring in your step, too!

Today's Gaze - Casual Girl

I've been in a bit of a fashion funk lately. In fact, I went almost 3 days without changing clothes at all. Unheard of!! [I blame most of this on my recent love affair with Dragon Age: Origins.] But today I put together a very casual look that has just enough "oomph" that if for some reason I go another 2 days without changing, it won't be too terribly bad.

I'm going to not describe everything like usual just because I'm really tired, but I did want to say that my poses are a new release from ImpEle and a fatpack is only $350L, which is a fabulous price for 12 poses that are pretty much PERFECT for fashion blogging. Also, the cabinet I'm sitting on is a dollarbie from JE Republic, and it has 2 poses on it. Very cute if you like sitting on furniture!

Today's Gaze - Remember that girl?

Did you ever know that girl? She was the one who always looked just a little more put together than the others, but never like she was trying to be that way. She was the one who listened to bands you'd never heard of and almost always had her nose in a book. She was the girl that made the other girls feel just a little less special and made the guys think she was probably out of their league. Did you know her? Were you her?

When I was putting together an outfit, that girl came to mind. I was never her, and I'll probably never be her, but this outfit makes me feel like maybe I can fake it. :)

Today's Gaze - Air of December

Welcome to December everyone! December to me is the start of the winter season, although technically it is still autumn. But the problem with that is I have so many beautiful warm weather clothes that I have to tuck away OR try to find another use for. [And yes, I realize on the other side of the world, it's getting summery, but I live in the US, and it's cold!]

I hadn't planned on doing another Gaze post this week, and especially not one at 6am, but after playing around with an outfit tonight, I just couldn't help but show it off. I'm still not REALLY sure if it's cute, but I think it is. :)

The Tender Blossoms minidress by Musashi-Do is one of my favorite pieces in my inventory at the moment, but it's not very suited for winter being sleeveless and very short. So I put on my black shrug from TorridWear underneath, since I wear it under t-shirts a lot. I had to tint it a little darker, but I think it works. I'm wearing some leggings underneath that I picked up at LeLutka, but back when they had the Cachet line. I'm not totally sure they're still available. I'm also wearing these just awesome Cerra Booties in black patent by Nardcotix. If you haven't checked out Nardya's new shoe line, you really really need to! Because I was going shopping, I am carrying a Hobo bag in black suede from Celestial Studios. It's an older design, from 2008 if I'm not mistaken, but I think it's really well done. And just for a little splash of color, I'm wearing my Excessive Love ring from SyDS.

I'm also wearing Paloma in Swedish by Truth and Misty in Glam Blonde by League. I wear that skin often, but I just love it. My poses are by Glitterati.

Today's Gaze - End of November

It's the last day of November, and I couldn't be happier! I'm ready for December!

Today's Gaze says goodbye to November and hello to December in this semi-sexy, semi-business, semi-classy little outfit I've thrown together.

I picked up the Forester sweater during this past $50L Black Friday sale at Doppelganger Inc. I wasn't familiar with the store before, but I really like this sweater, so I know I'll be back to shop! I paired it up with the Paine mini from LeLutka, which is adorable but took me about 20 minutes to resize to fit my body since I had to mod individual prims. But, you know, it was a group gift at some point, so I'm not complaining too much. ;) On my feet are these delicious Sydney Stilettos by SLink, which I love love love lately! I'm wearing them in chocolate, and honestly, I could lick them. I bought the Dangle beads necklace from Earthstones last year when they had a special sale, but I'm pretty sure they're still available, although maybe not in these colors. I have other Dangle Beads in different colors, but I liked the little splash of blue in this one. And although I rarely wear glasses, when I do, I reach for my Clara glasses from Role Optic. Finishing up the look, I'm wearing the Jasmine.2 hair from fri.day, and my Misty in Glam Blonde skin from League. I'm using {flowey} poses.

Have a great last day of November!
