I'll Be There For You

I've been binge watching Friends all weekend and the theme song has been stuck in my head. I was trying to come up with a better title for this post, but the song is all I can think about. Dang you, Friends!! Oh right - shopping!




I headed out to The Chapter Four and picked up this cute Natalie outfit by GizzA. It's a little bustier and a mini skirt with a peplum. Very cute, and it worked with my Maitreya body, so double snaps for that! I also played the LODE gacha there and got the Hortensia Branch in the mixed color. I am so all about cute head stuff lately, especially flowers! And it works with the Vera hair by MINA, also found at the event. So so so much cute out there!

Did you know that Mandala is having a sale? Yep! 30-70% off everything in the store! I picked up the Kyara jewelry set and let me tell you, it was a steal! The sale is only for 10 days, and some older items will be retired afterwards, so you need to head out there and shop now!

Hey Boy, You Got Me On My Tip Toes

Hey! Did you know The Arcade opened?? My family loves to hit it up the first couple of days because we like to sell things at our yard sale [sorry, shameless plug], but also because we just LIKE STUFF! This round is my first time really getting to play in forever because before, I couldn't see anything since my computer was so old. My husband is AWESOME, though, and he got me a LOT of things! Like my Erratic sweater that I thought I'd NEVER get! I woke up this morning so happy!





I don't think I can ever take the Hazel Oversized sweater off, however, because it's GOT to be the most dang expensive sweater that I own now! But I also got a lot of socks! I love the Eva holiday socks, also from Erratic, because they are just sooo pretty and fit SO well! But can someone tell me what boots work with these socks, please?!

If you haven't spent all your money on gacha, don't forget that FaMESHed is open, too! I'm wearing the Holly hair from Wasabi Pills because I couldn't resist it. Not only is it cute, but it's got the same name as my RL kitty!

There's an art to life's distractions

Sometimes you just don't want to do anything, am I right? You just want to hang out, sit around, distract yourself with looking out at the trees and grass. And you know what? That's TOTALLY okay! You need to do that sometimes!




Fri.day released the new Maggie boots for Collabor88 and I squealed in joy when I saw them! The boots themselves are so pretty, but it's the cute cute sock tops that just make them perfect! The sock tops are detachable and can change colors with a HUD.

Coldlogic released some coats recently, and I am so in love with the Anselmo coat! It reminds me of a bomber style jacket, but all soft and pretty. There is an undershirt to wear with it, but it is detachable.

Oh, and can we talk about my cutiecute pose?? A couple of days ago on Plurk, Olaenka of oOo Studio asked for some pose ideas, and since I'm all full of ideas, I threw some pictures at her. Then she surprised me with a little mini pack of poses named after me! Squee! Thank you, Olaenka!

Preparations

My honey has been away for the past few days, but he'll be home soon. I thought I better start getting ready for his return by putting on something pretty. But I don't know... I think he might be okay with just this outfit.




Stellar is at My Slink Obsession with the Eva lingerie, and oh, is it pretty! It has appliers for the Slink Physique body [which I am wearing in the pic] but if you don't have the Physique, there is just regular texture layers in the pack. It looks just as good on the regular body, too!

I think to complete my look, I'll need shoes. I have the perfect pair from Fri.day that are out at Uber this month!




The Eve heels are are great mix of being sexy, fancy, and supremely wearable with a variety of outfits. They come in several colors and are only available at Uber right now.

At The End Of The Day

Do you have stores where no matter what they release or how often they release, you get totally excited? Coldlogic and Truth are those stores for me!




Coldlogic just did a big fall release and I am so here for it! I was wearing the new Caron cropped sweater last night and my husband immediately told me how cute it was. It's a winner! I didn't think I was going to like the new Leck pants because of the tiny ankles, but once I put them on, I realized how adorable they really are. The whole release is really cute, so you need to check it out.

Truth released Shae recently and it's the hair I needed in my life. Truth does amazing braids anyway, but this big fluffy side braid is so so gorgeous, I can't get enough of it.

I was just thinking to myself that I don't have a really good, messy, big hairstyle. But thanks to Soonsiki, I do now! The Sharona hair by Soonsiki [formerly Milk] is at FaMESHed this month and really? Who doesn't need some wild, crazy hair?

Emery is also at FaMESHed and I am just in love with the Love Music sweatshirt! This is exactly my style! Just simple and cozy and oh-so-cute. I have a feeling I'll be throwing this on as often as I throw on my favorite Maitreya jeans!

I got my new nail polish from [no relation to my husband] Zanzibar Creationz! This is the Scratch manicure and it's just a nice little fade polish with some swirly scratches throughout. My Slink Obsession has items that are JUST for the Slink products.

Lighten Up The Atmosphere

Who loves new stuff? This girl! There's just something about opening up a new box of goodies that makes me happy. Let's check some stuff out!




L.Warwick released her new Miranda wedges last night and they are awesome! If you don't use shadows, the texture reminds me of satin, but once you get your shadows on, they become glossy! The little white marks on the shoe in my photo are not painted onto the shoe, it's actually sunshine! These are for the high SLink feet.

FaMESHed and Collabor88 are fantastic this month!




For FaMESHed, Cae has a jewelry set called Poise and I adore it. Dragonflies have always had a special meaning to me, so I can see myself wearing this set very very often. The gems and the metal both are color change via a nifty HUD.

Truth is out at Collabor88 this month with the April hair. Isn't it pretty?? The cute little bird barrette is detachable, and also color change through the hair color HUD.
