30 Days - Day 20

Some days, I just feel the need to be ladylike and almost vintage like. Like...Lucy Ricardo or Donna Reed. I'm just standing around, waiting on my man!




This dress from new-to-me store Oyakin is just too precious for words! This is called Mizutama-onp and it reminds me of dresses my grandma wore back in the photos I saw of her in the late 40s-early 50s.

What goes better with this kind of vintage dress than these cute Freynii pumps from Ingenue, and the Vintage 50's Pearl & Diamond necklace and earrings from Dark Mouse? Almost nothing!

I think I need to make a cocktail. You know my man likes it when I have one waiting for him when he comes home. ;)

30 Days - Day 18

I'm enjoying the last few days of autumn on my island. The weather forecast predicts snow next week, and although I'm ready for it, I will miss the pretty green.

At least I have great new Truth hair to see me through!

So I was out dancing with my wife and my boyfriend the other night and as most clubs have stores and whatnot around them, she found me the cutest teeny tiny little pink skirt. But when I put it on, I wondered how I could wear it and be kind of cute and not slutty.




I think it came out adorable. But you can't have that sweater. Sorry about that.

Also, I'm wearing elf ears because Sophia Harlow thinks I'm super cute in them. :)

Do you have that one outfit saved in your inventory that you put on when you just can't think of anything else to wear? The one that makes you feel like you can just throw it on and look decent anywhere you go? This one is mine!




Well, okay, I'll admit it. This isn't EXACTLY the outfit I had saved, but a variation on one that I made around this cute Izzie Cardigan by Decoy. Everyone's "emergency" outfit should be updated at some point, am I right? :)

I'm standing in the new Story of Home skybox from Awesome Blossom. For a first time attempt at a prefab, Clementine did a great job! You can buy one for Super Bargain Saturday for only $60L, so that's a great deal!

30 Days - Day 11

A little break from the cold weather clothes was necessary today, because of this awesome new house from Funky Junk! So today you get an outfit and a house!




I mixed up new and old with this outfit. The new Fall Courds in cranberry from BOOM were the perfect match for this not so new Cotton Blouse in berry by En Svale. I've had this top since the spring of 2009, but it's really still one of my favorites.

Now the house...oh this house! Sunset is a gorgeous southwestern style home, so so perfect if you have a more beach/desert sim. I'm not always super great at taking photos of houses, so I yanked the ad. ;) Go to Funky Junk and rez a demo. You'll love it!

30 Days - Day 10

Keeping it casual today...but then again, I usually am! I was busy hitting up sales and the Albero Gacha Festival today, so I had to wear something comfortable.




One of my favorite jewelry stores in SL, Mariposa, is closing. *sadface* But to help soften the blow of leaving, there's a huge sale going on! I picked up all kinds of stuff that I didn't already have, which was kind of hard because I had almost everything. I picked up the Aubade necklace in purple, the only color I didn't seem to have!

I showed it a little yesterday, but this is one of the new Drew long sleeved tees from Jane. I am so in love with these shirts, you guys have no idea.

I'm drowning in gacha prizes, so that's it for now!

When one of my favorite stores in SL says "Hey, new stuff!" well, it just puts a huge smile on my face and makes me want to run in to go shopping!




You all know how much I love big cozy sweaters, and the new Absolutely sweaters from Jane are absolutely stunning! I just want to wrap it around me and cuddle up for hours.

Also from Jane, the Drew long sleeved tees. I have been craving long sleeved tees that don't show off acres of cleavage!!

Be sure to stop by the ThanksGIVING Community Food Market ! You'll find some cute cute things and the money being raised goes to the World Food Programme. The Market runs until November 26th, and as you can see on the sign behind me, they're still accepting participants.




Don't you love my Cheesecake bag? I bought it at the Food Market! It's from Duboo, and there's also one with a cupcake, too. You KNOW I had to buy them both. And you can't see it very well, but I'm wearing the Supa Fast Food Ring by Tasty, also found at the Market. It's simply adorable!

Oh my god, was that the doorbell?? He's here already for our date? I'm still pulling on my shoes! My makeup is too smudgy! At least I have my new dress on!




From Zaara, which is probably one of my most favorite stores in SL, comes the new Svara dress! Oh I am simply in LOVE with it. I'm wearing it in black and I just love love the great floral texture. It just looks like it would be so so silky! I'm wearing the normal version but there is a wrapped version that does not have the solid panels and shows off more skin.

Drawing from the cream and bronze of the flowers, I added in my Takara bangles in Rich Gold from Mandala and the Sydney stilettos in Chocolate from SLink.

Oh, and did you know that Truth has some new colors?? From yesterday's release, I'm wearing Madeline in the new Carob color. Love!

Sightseeing is so fun! Especially when you have a great outfit! Why that makes it more fun, I don't know, but work with me here.




The Sway Sundress from Surf Co. is one of my favorite dresses in my inventory. I have it in other colors but I chose Dandelion today because it's bright and cheery. But since it's autumn, I threw on my Warm Embrace cardigan from Jane. If I had a sweater like this in my physical world, I swear, I would never take it off!

Yesterday, G Field released their new Little Diva flats and oh...preciousness on my feet makes me a happy happy girl! G Field truly is one of my most favorite shoe stores in all of SL, and they are so inexpensive, so it's definitely budget friendly!!

Speaking of budget friendly, I'm about to forget about the budget and go shopping! I suggest you do the same!

30 Days - Day 3

Do you ever just stumble upon something in your inventory and then wonder why you haven't worn it before? That's what happened to me with this dress! I have no idea WHEN I bought it, but now that I've found it, I'm never letting it go!




From Kyoot, this Low Back Ruffle Mini Dress is just...well, cute! Simple, adorable, and although you can't see it in the pic, the back dips down just low enough. I have a feeling I'll be making a return trip to Kyoot to pick up this dress in other colors, because truly, I just love it.

Put it with these great Knit Socks from Mary's Little Lamb and the new Arcadas from Shiny Things, and I think this is just a great little autumn look.
